Start with the available options
The sample page lets you shortlist example colours for an enquiry. Our team needs to confirm the actual fabrics, pack contents and availability. A screen colour does not establish which physical sample can be supplied.
Agree the costs and any credit
Ask for the sample fee, postage and tax treatment before ordering. If a credit towards a later curtain order is offered, confirm its amount, eligible order, expiry and redemption terms in writing. Sending a sample enquiry does not apply a credit to the example curtain estimate.
An enquiry before an order
You can ask about samples without configuring a window or knowing its final size. Sending the enquiry asks the team for a review; it does not reserve stock, order a pack or take payment. Only an agreed product and terms can establish a later sample order.
