Let’s get the details right

A clear brief helps the team review the system as a whole.

Draft guidance. Confirm the selected products and supplier instructions before ordering.

Bring the room details together

Describe each room or opening and the result you want. Include any measurements, quantities, colours, track or operation preferences you already know. Leave unknown sizes blank and record what still needs to be measured; you do not need a product code, supplier or final dimensions to start.

Check what is being submitted

Example prices remain examples. When the enquiry service is enabled, you can send your contact details and planning selections after agreeing to contact about that enquiry. The default demo and sample flow do not send anything.

A receipt is the start of review

A received enquiry confirms intake for review. It does not approve manufacturing dimensions, supplier availability, motor compatibility, final price or delivery. A formal quote and payment step come only after those details are confirmed.
