PLANNING GUIDE · DRAFT V1
Light, with a softer edge
Start with the way daylight moves through your room.
Draft guidance. Confirm the selected products and supplier instructions before ordering.
Think about the light
A sheer can be part of a softer window treatment. How much light passes through, and how a fabric looks from each side of a window, depend on the actual weave and conditions. Our example colours do not establish a fabric’s privacy or light performance.
Compare in your own room
Look at a labelled sample beside the wall and floor finishes in daytime and with the room lights on. Keep its exact supplier and fabric reference with your notes. A screen colour is a starting point, not a substitute for that sample.
Make room for another layer
If you want a heavier curtain for evenings, plan the two tracks together. Space for stacking, brackets and the path of each curtain must be checked against the selected hardware.
