Check before trying again
Use Check request to verify the same request. Keep the original selections and contact details if a retry is needed. The website does not automatically start another enquiry while receipt is uncertain.
Keep this tab available
Keep the original tab open and use Check request after a delayed response. Its recovery reference expires 24 hours after issue. The website does not save contact details or project text to browser storage; if a request was not received, those details may need to be entered again.
If the reference is unavailable
Use the private progress link in the original confirmation email to check the enquiry from another session. That link expires 30 days after issue. Keep the link private and contact the team with your SF enquiry reference if it is missing or expired. An empty recovery page does not prove that the request was not received; ask for a manual check before sending a duplicate.
